I needed a place for my parents right away. They were visiting from out of town on an emergency so we had no notice. Hotels were getting way too expensive and we needed a solution. I found Rio through a friend who stayed there over the summer. They had a 2 bedroom available right away. I got my parents moved in the following day! The apartment really was extremely clean and as advertised. The team working in the office were so helpful and I thank you guys. I recommended Rio to all of my overseas friends as a better option than staying in a hotel. Thanks again guys.

We provide free high speed broadband Wifi to all tenants and guests. You’ll be provided with a password at check-in.
Smart TV w/Cable Included
All apartments are equipped with Samsung LED Smart TV’s. You can view basic cable TV channels from Spectrum or connect via our network or HDMI.
Bedroom Comforts
Each bedroom is equipped with a fully made bed. Fresh linens, sheets, pillow covers, and comforters are provided at check-in.
Dishwasher
An automatic dishwasher is installed in all kitchens.
Washer & Dryer
Each unit comes with a washer and dryer. They are easy to operate and have an abundance of functions.
Free Parking
Tenants are issued one parking spot free of charge.
Vacuum & Hair Dryer
We’ll provide you with a small vacuum and hair dryer at check-in.
Kitchen Utensils
Silverware sets, pots, pans, a cutting board with knives, and other utensils needed in the kitchen are all ready for your use.
Cooking Appliances
Your kitchen comes with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and other modern amenities.
Check-In & Checkout
Check-In date and time will be agreed upon with our Office Manager. A security deposit and your first rent payment will be due when you check-in. We will require an advance notice from you when you move out. This will be clarified at document signing.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit must be made in order for any apartment to be held for a future tenant. Your deposit serves as a promise to rent the unit beginning on the date agreed upon. All deposits are forfeited if you aren’t able to rent the apartment for any reason.
Location & Nearby Attractions
Restaurants
North Jersey has an abundance of restaurants in just about every township. There are new ones opening up all throughout the year. You can just about get any type of cuisine delivered to your apartment. There are a few great restaurants within a 2 block radius of the building as well as a steakhouse.
Activities
You’ll be in Palisades Park, NJ. It’s less than a 10 minute drive to the George Washington Bridge which goes into Manhattan. Broad Ave. is the main street downtown. You’ll find lots of shopping, dining, bars, and other businesses. The famous King Sauna is directly across the street from our building.
Shopping
Rio is truly an amazing location to reside in, The Westfield Mall, which is one of the largest malls in the U.S. is a 20 minute drive down Route 4. Before you arrive there, you will pass two other large malls. There is no shortage of shopping in North Jersey. Explore Highway 4 and Highway 17 to see the hundreds of stores in our area.
Supermarkets
Shop Rite is two blocks away from the building! H Mart, Acme, are all very close. Walmart and Costco are both a short drive away.
Coffee Shops
Kudo Society and Koko Loko aretwo coffee shops just a block away from Rio. Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are both a couple minutes drive away. Broad Ave. in Palisades Park has a ton of cafes and bakeries.
